the marine sanctuary access was acceptable. beautiful surroundings complimented the grounds.

the fitness center did not meet expectations. many machines were out of order. the opening hours were limited. the food quality was poor. it is unlikely a revisit will occur.

Very nice Marine Life and Tropical Vibes

The beach is amazing. The sea is crystal clear. Snorkeling revealed beautiful coral and fish. White sand and abundant coconut and banana trees create a full tropical atmosphere. The free shuttle service between the hotel and port was also very convenient!

Some loungers had mattresses? but they were dirty and moldy were nice. Even with a towel

Restaurant food tasted delicious and portions were generous! I was there during a barbecue party. It featured professional singing and fire dancing. Staff performances added to the fun.

The hotel faces the Tubud sanctuary. Snorkeling is superb in this area. The hotel handled the purchase of our return ferry ticket. There is a free shuttle to the port.

The staff are so caring and professional. Many turtles live in the sanctuary in front of the hotel. The staff provides really good service, meeting our needs quickly and efficiently, though the breakfast setup was confusing.

The resort beach is amazing and the sea shone a clear crystal. The sand appears white with coconut trees. Banana trees grew. I felt the tropical atmosphere everywhere.

The villa felt comfortable, it had spacious spaces. I loved the access to the pool. I had an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast happened in front of it.

The staff were enthusiastic and so much fun and I always felt their warm welcome. They helped me always . I liked the free shuttle service.
